Big Brown's 1st Beans!

"Big Brown", the coffee roaster Doug built in Indiana last summer, has been installed at the Brown Coffee Co. Headquarters here in San Antonio! The guys are working out all the "bugs" but it DOES work. See first coffee beans roasted below. Doesn't it look like a happy machine?!
